This new build 10-storey, 407-bed student accommodation scheme in the centre of Leeds is arranged in cluster bedrooms and studios, with kitchen/dining facilities and associated amenity space. The building features a ground floor study and breakout area, gym and cinema facilities, along with roof amenity space and an external courtyard.
It was constructed on a very constrained site, in a flood zone, using modern methods of construction, including precast concrete external panels, prefabricated metsec internal walls and modular bathroom pods.
The scheme has been shortlisted for the Private Halls of Residence of the Year Award at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards 2022.
