The project will see the creation of a new 71-bedroom Premier Inn hotel on the site of the former Ravensfield Residential Care Home on High Hill, Keswick, within walking distance of Keswick town centre.
Designed to be in keeping with the area, the 27,802 sq. ft. hotel includes locally quarried natural slate roofing and Lakeland stone walling, which wraps around the corners of the facade.
Facilities include a ground floor reception area, in-house restaurant and bar. To the rear of the hotel there is a 29-space car parking with two EV charging points and six cycle lockers.
