The development of this 5.9 acre site saw the creation of 14 new industrial units in seven blocks, totaling 148,962 sq ft. Each unit has office space at first floor level and low and zero carbon technologies, resulting in a 15% reduction in CO2 emissions. There is air source heating and cooling to the office spaces, roof mounted photovoltaics and electric car charging points.

The enabling works included demolition, removal of obstructions and surface and foul water diversions. As the site is situated adjacent to residential properties, it also required significant services diversions to be carried out during the 56-week construction period.
