Located at the southern gateway to the city centre, a two-minute walk from the southern entrance to Leeds railway station, One the Embankment is a landmark building in the heart of Leeds which has undergone a major renovation to create a high specification, contemporary finish.
Comprising five-storeys, the works were delivered over two phases to provide CAT A flexible working spaces, including self-contained open plan office-space, a new landscaped courtyard and a ground floor reception area with an impressive double height glazed entrance. The new business lounge provides employees and visitors an area to relax and hold informal meetings, while car parking is provided in the basement.
