Built on Rolls-Royce’s former Hucknall Aerodrome site, this new build residential development provides 40 two, three and four-bedroom houses, one three-bedroom flat, one one-bedroom flat, two retail units, along with an affordable housing element of five two-bedroom houses.
Griffon Fields is part of the 70-acre, Harrier Park, being delivered in partnership with Rolls-Royce that will bring nearly one million sq ft of employment space, alongside hundreds of new homes and community facilities, built on surplus land alongside the Rolls-Royce Aerospace facility.
RPP also acted for Muse on the £8.5m infrastructure works, which won the British Construction Industry Award for Sustainable Initiative of the Year for recycling and re-using the tar bound material produced from the existing runway.
