The project saw the fit out of a new 6,000 sq ft of ground floor space within the refurbished textile mill, Globe Mills in Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire to create a new health centre for the Colne Valley Group GP practice, along with a new pharmacy, with the practice moving in in June 2021.

Located on the west side of the building it provides six consultation rooms, a minor operations room and two nurse treatment rooms, as well as an adjacent pharmacy, operated by Cohens, with another 7,500 sq ft of space available within the building for further complimentary medical uses.

Originally built in 1887 for textiles production, Globe Mills will provide more than 60,000 sq ft of mixed-use accommodation. A total of 45,000 sq ft will be used as The Globe Innovation Centre, including offices, laboratory and research and development space. About 7,500 sq ft is to be dedicated to an artisan food hall with a further 5,000 sq ft available for convenience and retail use.
