The Dakota Hotel is a luxury new build 90-bed hotel in the centre of Leeds. The project was delivered in two phases, with the first phase comprising the enabling works, including the demolition of a former-stack car park and restaurant building.
Phase two saw the construction of the 11-storey hotel, including basement restaurant and ground floor bar and terrace area. There is an additional member’s bar and balcony on the first floor, with the remaining floors featuring the deluxe bedrooms and executive suites. Extensive public realm works were also undertaken to both Russell Street and Bond Court, along with the creation of a pedestrian zone between Minerva House and the new hotel.
