The project saw the major redevelopment of a former-1960’s office building, including significant structural alterations and the complete refurbishment of two primary facades, to create an 83-bed boutique hotel in the centre of Glasgow. The hotel features a bar, terrace and restaurant on the ground floor, with bedrooms, including junior and premier suites across its remaining four storeys.
