RPP acted as cost consultant for the redevelopment of these 10 residential units for South Kensington Estates, which included works to all common areas of the five storey accommodation.
The internal fit out was completed to an extremely high specification with high quality finishes taking priority in each room.
New shell and core retail units were created within the basement area of 213 Brompton Road, 213 - 215 Brompton Rd and 6, 8, & 8A Egerton Garden Mews.
