Celebrating delivery of the UK’s first two public eHGV charging sites
Our unrivalled experience in delivering EV Charging infrastructure continues to grow following the successful delivery of GRIDSERVE’s first – not one, but two – public electric HGV charging sites in the UK!
The dedicated eHGV charging hubs opened last week at Extra MSA Baldock (J10, A1(M)) and Moto Hospitality Exeter (J30, M5) and have been delivered through the Electric Freightway, a Zero Emission HGV and Infrastructure Demonstrator (ZEHID) programme, funded by the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom and delivered with Innovate UK.
Working in partnership with GRIDESERVE, RPP provide Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration and in addition to the new Freightway, we have worked across their entire Electric Highway, delivering over 1000 EV charging bays through nationwide hubs, as well as the pioneering Electric Forecourts and associated battery and solar farms.
Visit our EV Charging and Solar page for more information on our work in this sector.
