Our latest hotel development for long-standing client Dakota Hotels has completed

The new Dakota Manchester Airport is a seven-storey, 154-bedroom luxury hotel located on Enterprise Way within the 60-acre MIX Manchester science, innovation and manufacturing campus.

Designed to reflect the Dakota brand’s signature style, the hotel offers a selection of Classic King Rooms and luxury suites, together with a destination bar and brasserie-style grill centred around a striking feature bar. External landscaped grounds and wildflower gardens, parking for 130 cars and a shuttle bus drop off/pick up stop complete this high-quality development.

Dakota Manchester Airport is the fifth hotel we have delivered for Evans Dakota Hotels, reflecting a long-standing relationship built on trust, collaboration and the consistent delivery of high-quality hospitality projects.

Providing Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy and CDM Principal Designer services from conception through to completion, we worked closely with the wider project team to successfully deliver another premium hotel development on programme and within budget.
