Costa Coffee Drive-Thru Opens at Blyth Valley Retail Park

We are pleased to have supported on the successful delivery of the landlord shell works for the new Costa Coffee drive-thru at Blyth Valley Retail Park, Northumberland, providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy services for South Street Capital.

Completed earlier this summer, the new-build shell unit has since been fully fitted out and is now open for business.

RPP’s role encompassed the delivery of the landlord shell, together with the dedicated car park, external works and associated infrastructure, including EV charging provision for InstaVolt.

The project adds to RPP’s extensive experience across drive-thru, roadside and EV charging developments, providing multidisciplinary consultancy services to support the delivery of new-build units and associated infrastructure across the UK.

A great addition to Blyth Valley Retail Park and another successful drive-thru development supported by RPP.
