This redevelopment project at J56, Ipswich will create 200,000 sq ft of new Grade A industrial and logistics space. The project comprises major improvements to the A14 Junction 56, installation of a new utilities infrastructure, the construction of four new high specification warehouses from 25,000 sq ft to 75,000 sq ft, and a new petrol filling station with convenience store and EV charging, drive thru restaurant and dedicated lorry parking.
