A high specification, BREEAM ‘Very Good’ retail development consisting of circa 138,000 sq ft of retail space, inclusive of mezzanine floors, distributed over four blocks. Notable tenants include Aldi, M&S, TK Maxx, Wilkos, Next, Costa Coffee and Greggs.

RPP were involved from RIBA stage 1 to 7, with works including asbestos removal during the demolition of existing college buildings and extensive highway reconfiguration. During the construction works we managed and co-ordinated the requirements of all 13 tenants to ensure the works were constructed in accordance with their respective Agreements for Lease.
