This new build industrial unit in Sherburn-In-Elmet is situated on the new Sherburn2 site on Bishopdyke Road, neighbouring existing parks that host the likes of Sainsbury’s distribution centre and British Gypsum. The 50,000 sq ft unit includes 3,750sq ft of office space over two storeys, together with staff car parking and associated landscaping to the front.

The service yard is fully secure and has three dock levellers and two level access goods doors. The unit also has the ability to accommodate a fourth dock leveller and another two level access doors, providing future expansion opportunities.

RPP’s role on this scheme began with the agreement of the outline development specification, budgeting, management of the design team and contractor tendering, as well as undertaking on site monitoring and quality control. The project was procured on a design and build basis.
