Located within the Trafford Centre, Manchester, the project comprised the strip and fit out of an existing unit to create a new 2500 sq ft showroom for Lookers and the electric performance car brand, Polestar.

The striking, minimalist showroom was fitted out in eight weeks, including new floor, wall and ceiling finishes and fittings creating a new guest area and back of house areas featuring new consultation
rooms, offices, a canteen and welfare facilities. Externally, minor alterations provided a dedicated external area for electric charging of the vehicles.

RPP carried out the role of Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the scheme under a JCT Design and Build Contract.
