The project has seen the construction of two new build industrial distribution units of 221,518 square feet and 75,000 square feet, as part of the wider regeneration project at Markham Vale. To date, Markham Vale has delivered 2m sq ft of industrial, logistics and warehouse space over the last 16 years, with RPP involved for the past eight years.
These latest two units - Orion One and Two are a joint venture between Ergo Real Estate LLP and NFU Mutual. Constructed to carbon zero building specifications, these BREEAM 'Very Good' units provide over 300 sq ft of warehouse and office space, complete with dedicated parking and secure loading.
