The new 10,000 sqm Academy is located over five floors, and brings together all of Mountview’s teaching to one site. It features an extensive array of leading-edge facilities, including a 200-seat theatre, 22 dance and acting studios, music practice rooms, two TV studios and a radio suite. The site has been home to Mountview’s 400 students since September 2018, who relocated from north London.
The BREEAM ‘Very Good’ building also includes a public space, café and rooftop bar, which is open to the local community, along with a scenery and prop workshop, wardrobe workrooms and lettable office space and commercial units for local companies and catering operations.
