This new build construction project saw the creation of a new build distribution warehouse, fulfillment centre, office and welfare space with mezzanine floors, totaling 1,508,367 ft sq, along with circulation space, car parking and a gatehouse.
A programme of infrastructure works preceded construction and comprised excavation, a new site access and road network, incoming services and services diversions, drainage and attenuation ponds.
