Infrastructure works are now complete on this new business innovation and logistics park in Braintree. The development will provide in excess of 750,000 sq ft of hi-tech, industrial, office and logistics space, with individual units ranging from 4,000 to over 100,000 sq ft. Each unit is designed to EPC A and expected to achieve BREEAM Very Good rating.
Works on the first units started on site in October 2021. Plots 1, 2 and 3 will total 155,340 sq ft when completed in November 2022, with Plot 4 - a single 136,611 sq ft industrial unit, fitted out to CAT B - due to complete in August. An additional nine units will start on site in July 2022 and are expected to complete in April 2023.
