RPP has an 18-year relationship with British Land, providing project management, quantity surveying and employer’s agent services for a range of schemes across the UK. To date, we have consistently delivered services at 10 assets and undertaken around 80 main projects, all in collaboration with British Land and their project teams.

RPP have an on-going involvement in the repurposing, refurbishment and redevelopment works at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. Since our engagement at this asset in 2013, we have delivered 22 separate asset management initiatives, including the refurbishment of malls and public space, reconfiguration of existing retail units, development of a new management and control room extension. The most recent unit to complete was the first Amazon Go store in the UK, where we were project manager and employer’s agent overseeing the shell and core works.
