Butterfield Business Park is located less than five miles from both Junction 10 of the M1 and Luton Airport with 45 acres of development space, including 693,000 sq ft of high-quality industrial, storage and distribution units.
To date, RPP have completed the Quad Phase 1, which saw the construction of four new units and a 73,000 sq ft unit for Kitwave Wholesale Group. An additional four new units to create The Quad Phase 2 is currently starting on site, with an additional two currently in for planning. The new units will range from 10,000 sq. ft. to 25,000 sq. ft. We have been involved from feasibility for all units, working closely with HBD to achieve their requirements for the development.
