RPP Group Welcomes Four New Appointments

RPP is delighted to announce the appointment of four new team members, further strengthening our national capability across Health & Safety, Building Surveying and Cost Consultancy.

Our Health & Safety team in Leeds has been bolstered by the arrival of two highly respected construction professionals, Chris Ferguson and Jennifer Swain.

Chris joins RPP as Associate Director, bringing more than 40 years’ experience in the building industry. His extensive background spans architectural practice, project management, Construction Design and Management (CDM) and Health & Safety. Over the past decade, Chris has led the Principal Designer role for major national clients, delivering education, commercial, industrial and residential projects with values ranging from £100k to £200m.

Joining as Senior Principal Designer (Building Regulations), Jennifer brings over 20 years’ experience in design and construction. She specialises in Principal Designer duties under both Building Regulations and CDM, with a strong track record of ensuring safe, compliant and well-coordinated design solutions across complex, multi-disciplinary projects and building portfolios.

Further strengthening RPP’s southern presence, Matthew Caldwell and Nick Gore have joined the Marlow office.

Matthew joins as Senior Building Surveyor, with more than 18 years’ experience delivering project management, contract administration, feasibility studies, defect diagnosis, party wall services, insurance claims, planned maintenance programmes, pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition and building inspection reports. He will play a key role in developing RPP’s Building Surveying services across the South.

Bringing over 10 years’ experience within the construction industry, Nick joins as a Quantity Surveyor. Having begun his career as an architectural and structural draughtsman before qualifying as a QS, Nick has worked across residential, retail and commercial sectors and will support the delivery of RPP’s cost consultancy services to clients throughout the South.
