Project Milestone Celebration – Topping Out at Sky Gardens

We’re pleased to mark the topping out of Sky Gardens, Citylife‘s landmark 35-storey residential development in Leeds.

The development will provide 284 high-quality one, two and three bedroom apartments, alongside a striking four-storey, glass-enclosed communal space, residents’ lounge, gym and extensive amenity areas, spread across the refurbished Grade II Listed Midland Mill and the new iconic residential tower.

Sky Gardens is located in the Leeds South Bank, one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe, representing the biggest change to Leeds in over 100 years. By doubling the size of the city centre this transformation will see 35,000 new jobs created along with 8,000 new homes.

Acting as Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultant and Principal Designer CDM we are working collaboratively with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery of this significant scheme which is set to become a prominent silhouette of the Leeds skyline.
