Enabling Works commence at British Land’s latest development at the Broadgate Campus,1 Appold Street

We are excited to be working with British Land on its latest development at the Broadgate Campus, 1 Appold Street.

Originally completed in 1986 as part of a major City of London redevelopment, 1 Appold Street is set to be transformed into a best in class next generation workspace with market leading sustainability credentials.

The project will see the replacement of the existing façade, expansion of the floorplates in all directions, and the addition of six new floors. The result will be a 14-storey building delivering approximately 360,000 sq ft of high-quality office space, alongside 48,000 sq ft of gym, restaurant and roof terrace facilities.

Appointed as Employer’s Representative, we are honoured to be working alongside British Land and the wider project team to deliver this landmark office development.
