“Best Consultancy Practice” Shortlisting

We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted for the “Best Consultancy Practice” in the Yorkshire Commercial Real Estate Awards!

The shortlisting is in recognition for our commitment to working with our clients to not only meet but exceed expectations through problem solving, adding value, delivering improved sustainability credentials and giving back to our communities, on a number of flagship developments across the region, including:

• Schneider Electric’s £42m new facility in Scarborough
• Sky Garden, BTS residential development in Leeds
• James St. the first of two PBSA developments we are delivering in York
• Foss Islands Road, York , the second PBSA development in the city
• Dakota Hotels new development in York

We’re also delighted that our industrial scheme with Caddick Developments and Schneider Electric has been shortlisted for two awards: “Best Shed Deal” and “ESG Excellence”.
