Award win for Norton Folgate Delivery Team

We are delighted to be a part of the Norton Folgate Delivery Team which won ‘Team of the Year’ at the CIOB 2025 awards.

We’re proud to have worked on this ambitious and challenging mixed-use development for British Land, which saw the preservation and re-development of Georgian and Victorian buildings, alongside new build medium-rise blocks, to create a mix of office, retail, leisure and public realm space in the heart of Spitalfields, London.
