RPP were the Employers Agent and Project Managers for CEG on the multi-million-pound redevelopment of the Jackson House in Sale. The works transformed the 1970’s-constructed building, creating flexible, high-quality CAT A office space with large floor plates of up to 29,000 sq ft, an outstanding new reception area, café and private garden.
Additional facilities include a fitness suite, changing facilities and secure cycle storage, along with Let Ready studios suitable for small businesses and start-ups.
The works also included the upgrade of all common areas and the replacement of windows throughout.
