RPP were involved from the early stages on this new build housing development, which was constructed on a former a Local Authority-owned quarry. Each new home featured gardens and parking and were constructed from limestone, to be in keeping with the local area.
The site was in close proximity to the railway, which required liaison with the Main Contractor and Network Rail to mitigate any risks in a cost-neutral manner for the Client.
Under our roles we established the Client’s Brief and prepared the Employer’s Requirements. We also provided contract advice and administration, attended meetings and provided regular reports in line with the project's scope of services.
