The impressive new development provides Irizar UK with a high-quality, purpose-built facility designed to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
The scheme includes a bespoke showroom, dedicated coach handover areas, modern office accommodation, workshop and warehousing facilities, as well as extensive external vehicle circulation and parking areas.
RPP provided a full range of professional services throughout the project, including Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy, CDM Principal Designer and Building Regulations Principal Designer roles.
