Practical Completion reached at Goya Developments Hurricane Urban Hub, Reading

We recently celebrated Practical Completion at Hurricane Urban Hub, Reading, another successfully delivered scheme for our long-standing client, Goya Developments.

This project involved the redevelopment of an existing industrial site into a best-in-class, 184,000 sq ft speculative industrial warehouse development, delivering 10 high-quality units ranging from 10,000 to 48,000 sq ft.

Our team provided Cost Management services throughout the project, supporting delivery from concept to completion and helping bring this modern, flexible industrial hub to life.
