Construction commences at Wilton Developments, Dynamo Park in Stockton-on-Tees

Construction has commenced at Dynamo Park, Wilton Developments 36-acre prime industrial and logistics scheme in Stockton-on-Tees. 

With National Highways confirmed as the first occupier, works commenced on their new 29,500 sq ft combined office and depot facility, marking a significant milestone for the development.

Acting as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant, we’re working collaboratively with the wider design team to successfully deliver this high-quality facility and support the continued growth of Dynamo Park.
