Celebrating Practical Completion at SSS Gears facility in Tamworth

We are really pleased to have successfully completed works for SSS Gears Ltd at their Paddock Gear facility in Tamworth.

Led by Charlotte King and David Williams, we acted as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, overseeing the design and construction of a new 17,500 sq ft extension to support the continued growth of SSS Gears’ engineering operations. The project also included refurbishment works to the existing unit, delivering enhanced staff amenity areas and new services installations throughout.

The scheme presented the challenge of constructing the new extension and refurbishing the existing premises while maintaining live production in a temperature-controlled environment, but through careful coordination and teamwork, this was successfully achieved!
