If you have identified asbestos containing materials (ACMs) in your premises, then as part of your duty to manage under The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 you are required to carry out re-inspections of each ACM, usually on an annual basis but this will depend on the type of ACM its location and condition.
As part of our commitment to the Client we will develop an appropriate re-inspection program, undertake the inspections and update your asbestos register/management plan accordingly, this will also include any drawings.
Our Asbestos Re-Inspections include:
- Re-inspection and assessment of all known ACM’s within your remit and ensuring your compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 regulations.
- Creating or updating your asbestos records – Register/Management Plans.
- Production of detailed reports incorporating full photographic schedule and advice on the ACM’s condition and if action is required.
